Terms and Conditions

1. Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years old to receive a tattoo at our shop. Valid ID is required for age verification.

2. Health & Safety: We prioritize hygiene and safety, following all regulations. All clients must adhere to our health protocols.

3. Booking and Deposits: Appointments require a non-refundable deposit, which will be applied toward your tattoo. Rescheduling requires 48 hours’ notice, or the deposit may be forfeited.

4. Pricing: Final prices depend on tattoo size, detail, and placement. Prices are subject to change based on design changes requested by the client.

5. Consultations: Consultations are provided for custom designs. Any changes after the consultation may affect the tattoo’s cost or timeline.

6. Liability: By booking, you acknowledge that you are in good health and have disclosed any relevant medical conditions. We are not liable for complications arising from undisclosed conditions.

7. Intellectual Property: Tattoo designs are intellectual property and may not be replicated, reproduced, or used without permission from the artist.

8. Aftercare: Aftercare instructions are provided post-session. The shop is not responsible for issues arising from improper aftercare.

9. Refunds: All tattoo services are final and non-refundable.
